Geoffreys Cellars

Geoffrey’s Cellars Winery & Meadery is a Florida corporation and is owned by the vintner/mazer Jeffery Gilliard, who has been making wines since 1992. Our honey supplier is our own Geoffrey's Cellars Apiary and Snyder’s Honey & Hives. The Meadery/Winery serves as a production facility as well as a tasting room for customers to learn about, experience, and purchase a constantly evolving line-up of wines, traditional and flavored meads. With the honey from or apiary and Snyder’s Honey & Hives, the unique fermentation and conditioning process used by Geoffrey’s Cellars Meadery we produce uncommonly complex meads that are also refreshing and perfectly balanced for the Florida craft beverage audience.
