I am an attorney and a CPA and I am admitted to the US Tax Court. I have had extensive experience in preparing tax returns, tax planning and representing my clients before the IRS. I have been practicing in the field of taxation since 1974. My concentration is on estate and income tax planning for individuals and closely-held corporations. Prior to practicing law, I was a tax manager with Touche Ross & Co., now Deloitte, one of the large, international public accounting firms.
