Space Shuttle Monument

(Monuments open when park open.) The non-profit U.S. Space Walk of Fame Foundation constructed monuments, plaques and hand-prints, then donated them to the City of Titusville. Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, and Shuttle monuments, dedicated to workers and astronauts, display the names of workers who wanted to be listed or who someone wanted to honor. The "In the Line of Duty" memorial (near Shuttle) is dedicated to workers and astronauts who lost their lives during the space program. Visit monuments website for more info or to find engraved name locations on monuments. The foundation doesn't maintain the monuments or park. We DO maintain the monument websites, databases and new engravings. We also have the nearby non-profit American Space Museum.
